A brief word of thanks to everyone who came and rocked out with us last Saturday at Arlene’s Grocery. We will soon be podcasting most of the show. Unfortunately, the multi-track recording we had hoped to make didn’t fully take, due to some technical issues, so we’re exploring other options for recording basics. Rest assured, we have a full-length in the works for 2009!
Here’s to hope. With 2008 behind us, The Jupiter Deluxe wishes everyone a Happy New Year and offers thanks for all the support in making last year a great one for us
We’ll be celebrating this next Saturday night at Arlene’s Grocery, one of the last great Rock rooms left in New York. No basements, no velvet ropes, just an amazing sound system and a real stage. With the great Howard Rappaport behind the mixing console, we’ll be recording the show for a live release. Please come make some noise!

Here’s three songs that tackle fatherhood, hipsterism and marital bliss, respectively. We must thank Gaby from ReHab for an amazing board recording. Gold Streets and Rockspert Brian McLoughlin deserve nods for the cheers.
